Report Center 500 Internal Server Error

College of the Canyons is receiving the same 500 Internal Server error when trying to login to the Report Center too.

Just got out of a meeting on this and the network services team has been working on this since Friday. They have an idea of the root cause and hope to get it back online asap.

Hello- just checking for an update on this. With the application import not working for over a week now due to the SSN problem, and now the Report Center also being down for this long, this has caused a huge backlog in getting our applications uploaded for students.

We have our network services team working on this issue. I'm heading into our morning status meeting now and will post an update after that. We know this is a huge burden on college staff and it is a high priority for us to get the Report Center back online.

The CCCApply Report Center is back online. The issue turned out to be a change made during a routing security update. It was not related to the SSS 1.0 release.
