Zero Downtime Student Account System Production Release Today

After a lengthy pilot testing period that concluded successfully today, Monday, March 2022, the Student Success Suite team will deploy the OpenCCC 2.0 minor release to Production on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, starting at noon. There is no downtime expected for this release. The OpenCCC 2.2.0 release includes the following features:
- New Chatbot for the Student Account System
- Update for New 840 and 341 Area Codes
