I enter an application number and keep getting an ERROR CODE of Status 500 - Request Failed

    Good Morning John; thanks for posting this. We ran into some issues with CCCApply admin yesterday during our maintenance update, and this is probably related. I've asked our support team to open a ticket, and I've notified the dev team that this is happening. I will post an update as soon as I have one.

    Zero Downtime Fix for CCCApply Admin in Pilot and Production Today

    A hotfix to address an issue with the Reset Download utility in CCCApply Admin will be pushed to Pilot and Production today, Thursday, November 17, 2022. There is no downtime expected for these releases.
