Request: Applied to another college flag for in-progress applications

Hi,

I'm requesting this for both the data warehouse side, and the in-progress applications report, as described [here](https://ccctechcenter.org/resources/webinars/cccapply-in-progress-applications-report). I believe the intent of the report is for colleges to outreach to students that have not submitted their application. I have a hunch that a good amount of students that don't complete an application did so because they applied to another community college instead. The report would be more useful if we could have a flag to indicate if the student completed an application at another community college for the term being applied for. Requesting this on the data warehouse side as well for us to quantify and understand if this is truly the case.
