I want to apply for different course in one college.

I have applied for credit semester of San Jose City College in fall semester, but I don't want to register for them due to personal problems. I wanted to apply for non-credit classes for fall instead, but I get an error saying that I can't apply for fall semester cuz I already did it. What should I do?
