Supplemental Questions - Reference to Schema

Hi.

I am using the starter XML file structure from the User Guide, and when I validate the XML, it gave the following error:

Cvc-elt.1.a: Cannot Find The Declaration Of Element 'SupplementalQuestions'., Line '1', Column '145'.

The starter structure is:

<SupplementalQuestions xmlns:xsi="http://xmlns.cccnext.org/apply" CollegeId="nnn" CollegeName="My College" ApplicationType="Either Standard or Noncredit">

From another discussion, I tried another way with reference to the schema:

<SupplementalQuestions xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://xmlns.cccnext.org/apply" xmlns="http://xmlns.cccnext.org/apply" CollegeId="nnn" CollegeName="My College" ApplicationType="Standard">

The above resolved the validation error in my XML. How should I refer to the schema location? I am using the Free Formatter tool to validate. Thank you for your help.
