Zero Downtime Student Success Suite Pilot and Production Hotfix This Week

A Pilot Student Success Suite(SSS) hotfix is targeted for today, Wednesday, March 2, 2022, starting at approximately 3 pm. No downtime is expected for this release. This hotfix will update the following SSS products:
- OpenCCC Student Account System
- CCCApply Student Applications
- CCC MyPath Student Onboarding System
Following a successful test of the hotfix, a Production hotfix is targeted for tomorrow, Thursday, March 3, 2022, starting at 5 pm. There is no downtime expected for this Production release.
This hotfix addresses the following issues:
- Error displays when a student logs out of their OpenCCC account
- Students logged out when they click the CCC MyPath “Continue Your Journey at <college>” button after completing the online CA Promise Grant
- When a student views their submitted CA Promise Grant application, no permanent address is displayed even when that address has been stored in the user account database
- CCPG SSN field missing in Download Client application data
