Applications all going to SPAM filter, 0.00 fraud score

Hello and happy Monday! I submitted a ticket to the Helpdesk but I figured I'd also post something here in case other schools might be seeing the same thing. MSJC noticed that all application submitted starting on 2/26 have been routed to the SPAM filter and have a 0.00 fraud score. I think there may have been a hiccup.

    We reported it to support earlier. It looks like it's working again, but the ones that had the issue before are still at 0.

    Yes, same here. We're leaving the ones that were impacted in the Spam Filter for now until the Tech Center gives us the thumbs up that they've gotten what they need from the data. I am hoping once they are marked as valid, they will go through the regular work flow now.
