Testing CCCApply Pilot Applications

Hello:
We would like to make some adjustments to our current CCCApply Download Client and need to test with a large quantity of fake applications. How do we go about creating admissions applications and bypassing two-factor authentication with OpenCCC? Also, are we able to reset the download of apps from production to test?
