SSNERROR value as default on several records thru the download client

We started receiving several applications with value "SSNERROR" thru download client instead of SSN data. Please let us know if this is a bug on your end or if we need to do something to avoid download these records.

    Hi Bettsie,

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this, but this issue has been resolved at this point. It was an error that was introduced during the release in January. We had several reports of it and it was resolved during the CCCApply 6.9.1 hotfix that was deployed on Feb. 11.
