Our helpdesk vendor reported that at around 7:00 AM PST they experienced some technical issues with their remote desktop server and are unable to assist with account recovery and application confirmation information at this time.
Students are still able to do self-recovery on their OpenCCC accounts as this issue has no impact on our online services.
Phone lines are still open for general support questions.
