CCC Data Warehouse Data Sources

The CCC Data platform is populated with data from the following data sources. Data dictionaries are available in the Confluence support site.

  • CCCApply Application (Credit and Noncredit): Available through DW Report Server (DWRS)/DW Direct Connect
  • CCCApply International application: Available through DWRS/DW Direct Connect
  • CCCApply Promise Grant: Available through DWRS/DW Direct Connect
  • CCCApply LGBTQ Data Available through DWRS/DW Direct Connect and Report Available through DWRS
  • Multiple Measures Placement Service (MMPS): Available through DWRS/DW Direct Connect
  • Canvas data, as requested by college: DWRS/DW Direct Connect CCC availability pending CCC Data 2.1 release (Q3 2020/21)
  • COCI (courses and programs): DWRS/DW Direct Connect CCC availability pending CCC Data 2.1 release (Q3 2020/21)
  • MyPath: DWRS/DW Direct Connect CCC availability pending CCC Data 2.1 release (Q3 2020/21)

The CCC Technology Center is working with the Data Warehouse Advisory Group and the CCC Chancellor's Office to identify additional data sources to be added to the CCC Data Warehouse.
