Disabling an account.

College Submitters and College Admins are able to disable users. To disable an account go to Users →  locate user →   Edit → deselect the Yes, this user is active checkbox → click save changes. A green success message will appear after saving as confirmation the status change is complete. Once an account is disabled, the user is not able to get past the login screen or generate the password reset link.
