Notice: Planned CCC MyPath v2.11 Upgrade (Pilot and Production) on 9/18 with Brief Outage

A minor release to pilot, CCC MyPath 2.11, is planned for Friday, September 18, 2020, starting at 9 am. The pilot MyPath outage will last approximately three hours, and a follow-up notice will be sent when the update has successfully completed.

Following a successful pilot release, MyPath 2.11 will then be released to production after hours on the same day, Friday, September 18, 2020, starting at 5 pm. The production MyPath outage will last approximately three hours, and a follow-up notice will be sent when the update has successfully completed.

MyPath Release 2.11 fixes issues with administrative management of a college’s custom MyPath Advisor Cards. The release also includes a number of infrastructure enhancements to gather MyPath usage metrics and to streamline MyPath performance and deployment.
