Applications are not downloading in the Report Center

Unable to download apps  in CCCApply Report Center. We are able to login and find the app, once we try to download the app we just get loading wheel.

    Report Center is being verrrrrrrrrrrry sluggish today.

    System extremely slow!!  Is there an issue??

    We have received several reports of the Report Center being slow today. We've seen an increased demand for the Full App Report over the last few days and this appears to be bogging it down. Our engineers are looking into ways to improve performance.
