    This means that you have a Zoom basic account, not a TechConnect Zoom account. Sign up here for an account https://conferzoom.org/ConferZoom/SignUp

    *If you already signed up or requested an account, but never received the email from Zoom.us with the activation link to accept your ConferZoom account, you need to sign up again.
    The invitation email will come from [email protected] or from our support team domain @ccctechconnect.org.
