I am a Canvas user having connection issues but my account will not sync with TechConnect Zoom.

Your TechConnect Zoom (ConferZoom) account must use the same email address as your Canvas sign in email address; that address should display as the 'Identity Email' on the ConferZoom account settings page in Canvas.

If your Canvas sign in email and your 'Identity Email' do not match, contact your Canvas administrator.
If your Canvas administrator makes changes, please follow the steps to sync your account, then click the gray 'Reassociate my Account' button to reconnect with Zoom.
