Phone numbers with area code 279 are being marked as invalid

We have some students who get errors when trying to create their OpenCCC account - the area code 279 is coming up as invalid.

    Hi Lora, thanks for reaching out. 
    Unfortunately, the area codes are embeded within the OpenCCC code making them not easily updated. I have created a bug for this issue and it will be addressed in a future release of OpenCCC.
