Using ConferZoom in Canvas, how do I assign an "Appointment Booking" to a specific student?

I am attempting to book a student with a COnferZoom meeting. I created an "Appointment Booking" using COnferZoom for 3:30pm Friday. How do I inform a particular student of this? How would they know? How do I send the booking information to the student so we can meet?

If you cc your students in your meetings they should get a notification.
