HTTP Status 500 Internal Server Error when Accessing Report Server

Are user base is receiving HTTP Status 500 internal server error when connecting to the report server. Is there anything happening server side?

    Our staff received that error too, but they were able to refresh the page and were able to login

    Hi Marty and Meghan,

    Are you still experiencing the 500 errors? There was a brief outage yesterday that may have caused your connection issues. We have not had any further reports of issues, so we want to ensure you are not still experiencing problems connecting.
