Two applications with status of "I" (Initial) but not able to download.

I have two international applications that were submitted by students. These should have been downloaded automatically but after some research, we found that they weren't being downloaded.  we've manually attempted to download both applications to our SIS but both end up getting stuck (with a status of "I" - Initial).

Application IDs: INT-10079 & INT-10081

Any idea as to why this is occurring?

    Good afternoon Craig,
    Without more information, we can not determine what is happening.  I will create a Zendesk ticket to follow up on this issue.
