Wrong birthdate in download

It appears that the birthdate of international students we are receiving in the download file is one day different than they reported and is in the report center. This is a problem as we use birthdates in generating student passwords. Is anyone else noticing this issue?

    I think this problem has occurred in the past and may be resurfacing.  All the BOG app's received since October 19th have birth dates with one day off.

    Is there any plan to fix this? its kind of a big deal to have this identifying information be incorrect..

    We saw this about a month ago. The issue was that the data coming down wasn't a date, but a date/time with timezone. The timezone was UTC and being converted to PST (UTC-8) so instead of 30-NOV-2018 00:00:00 it was being downloaded as 29-NOV-2018 16:00:00.

    To fix the issue we add 23 hours and truncate.
