phone extension format changed
Starting Sep 30th (obviously as part of the rollout of the new version), it appears possible to enter character values in the phone number extension fields. Previously it appears only numbers were allowed. The data dictionary defines the format as "Null or numeric string; integer up to 9999", so this appears to be a bug. It applies to both domestic and international.

I will export this issue to a support ticket, so we can troubleshoot further. Once that ticket is created I will need screen shots of what you are seeing, confirmation ID's and CCCID's from submitted apps where this is occuring.
thanks Merrie. I will respond to the ticket.
Hi Merrie,
We're seeing unexpected characters in the EXT field especially "us". Is it related to this case?
Thank you,
Debra
Yes, that's the symptom. Last I heard it will be fixed in the march 6.4 release.
The fix for this will be in the 6.4 Release
