Multi-College Districts

As each college in a multi-college district will have their own instance of Alma, would these colleges be able to share a common patron database to check out resources to other students in the district? Or would there be some other workaround to allow this to happen?

Users will be maintained separately, in each college’s Alma institution, but there are absolutely resource sharing options  to allow for borrowing across libraries. These will be reviewed and configured as part of the implementation phase. if the libraries in a district want to maintain a single patron file, this could be a strong argument for going into a single Alma institution rather than multiple institutions.
