What happens if a college doesn't commit to adopt the LSP this fall?

    Our contract allows for "Late Adopters" so there will be opportunities outside the fall time period. That said, the architecture of the LSP is designed in such a way that it is much simpler and easier to have all participating college migrate and implement at the same time. Additionally, Late Adopters must migrate in blocks of 6 or more colleges, meaning your time frame may be dependent on other CCCs. Finally, Late Adopters will be responsible for implementation fees; colleges adopting in the Fall will have these fees paid for by the LSP project.
