Who needs to be involved in a MyPath implementation?

- IT will need to be involved only to ensure that student access works (Shib upgrade, SSO Proxy integration), but if the college has already completed implementing other CCCTC projects such as Canvas, there’s a good chance that work is already done. Non-IT staff can then handle configuring the product, which is very easy to do.
- During the implementation kickoff, the college will identify the team responsible for implementation, and it’s up to your college to choose the team - we’ve seen it belong to Counseling, A&R, Student Services, and more. The implementation kickoff will include representatives from CCCTC’s Enabling Services, including an Implementation Project Manager, College Relationship Manager, and Implementation Configuration Engineer.
