Access is denied

When creating a new report I get the following error.
The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience.
Error Message
org.springframework.security.access.AccessDeniedException: Access is denied
This happens when I click "Create" under "Reports". No Ad Hoc Views show after closing the error message. There is also an "Error Trace" that is very long. I can send this if needed.0
