    Yes, the Accessibility Help Desk can answer those questions. In addition to letting us know what automated tool you were using (and the web page), it also helps if you could copy and paste any error information from the accessibility evaluation tool into your message. This will allow us to identify the particular error and provide an appropriate answer.
