I need help! I'm trying to submit a new course.  I completed the fields, saved the draft and now I can't find it.  It won't show in any list.  I have yet to be able to attach a COR and have it stick.  I've tried the Curriculum Inventory guide, the Webinar, and the help desk.  I get a response from the help desk that says they can find the class, but that doesn't help me.  I have yet to be able to use this new software.

It sounds like this would be very frustrating!
First, what college are you from?  What course are you trying to create (course name, dept name and number).  Who have you been working with from the "helpdesk" and do you have a helpdesk ticket number?  I believe that any of the staff working to support the COCI project would be willing to have an on-line meeting with you to resolve the issues you are experiencing.
Additionally, a new release is planned for Thursday Sept 28th.

Thank you for replying.  I'm from Merced College.
My course is DRAM-70N.  I have several help desk tickets in.  This has been an ongoing problem.  I have yet to submit anything successfully.

Since we changed your permissions, and you were able to add documents.  I will say this issue was addressed.  Additionally once the update takes place either today or tomorrow I will work with you regarding your ability to search the data base.

Unfortunately the problem still exists.  I've tried to submit two courses this morning and the COR's won't attach.
