Test scores for International application

We are currently working on implementing the international application. We were under the impression that the test scores section was entirely customizable where we could add additional test types and any score type.  However, when trying to update this field in the administrator we encountered the following problems:

IELTS: (Score Range: 5.5 – 9) –  This test type exists but CCCApply doesn’t seem to handle scores with decimals.

EIKEN: (Score Range: 2A – 1) - This test type exists but CCCApply doesn’t seem to handle scores with letters.

ELS Language School: Level (Score Range:109- 112) – Can’t add this test type

Sonoma State American Language Institute (SSALI):(Score Range: Level 500 – 500) - Can’t add this test type.

Mitch, First to implement the International Applicaiton, you need to have an implementation meeting with Patty Donohue. No the test scores section is not entirely customizable. I am sure when you schedule SRJC's meeting with the Product Manager, any and all of your questions regarding configuration can be answered.
