I can't log into my BOG Fee Waiver Administrator account.  Please help.

I think my account needs to be reset.  Once I am on, I need instructions to look up a student to see if she has a BOG Fee Waiver application.

    AmTroupe,Have you contacted a College "add-user" at your campus to look at your account? CCCApply does not "reset" accounts. I suggest Jay Robinson. What tends to be at issue is your Network login either isn't syncing correctly with your Shibboleth Server (single sign on server) or your Network account is locked out.
