    Colleges must opt-in to have the CCCAssess system use the self-reported high school transcript data from CCCApply in the Multiple Measures placement recommendations. Colleges are not required to do so. If a college opts-out of using self-reported data, the default will be to use existing data matched in the Cal-PASS Plus system for student for whom that is available.
