Eiken Score Range

I have been advised that the Eiken score range is 1 to 5, where 1 is the HIGHEST score and 5 is the LOWEST score.  That is backwards from how it defaults in the IA Administrator.  Is anyone else having problems correcting the Eiken scores to match this information in the English Proficiency tab of the Administrator?  When I make this correction the UPDATE button grays out.

    Olivia, I am able to reproduce your issue, in the Administrator, and have contacted the Product Manager regarding this issue. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. mkw
