BOGW applications references 2013 year instead of 2014

When students log into our BOGW site they are see references to 2013 year instead of 2014. How are year references on BOGW applications updated?

Jeff & Lisa, We are unable to replicate the issue you bring up in your question. All our testing show the current BOG year. For now we close this issue, and if any additional incidents occur please let us know immediately. mkw0
