CCCApply System Alerts & Announcements Move to CCCTechnology.info

On Monday, June 1st, the CCC Technology Center is launching a new technical support site for CCCApply and OpenCCC Student Account System: CCCTechnology.info! 

Designed to provide 24/7, on-demand, self-service support and information, CCCTechnology.info is the new central hub for CCCApply technical support.  

Featuring a new CCCApply System Alerts page, CCCTechnology.info provides an interactive, two-way communication channel for system alerts, outage updates, planned maintenance windows, and product release notes.  Gone are the days of trying to decipher multiple replies in a confusing listserv thread.  Now you can follow the CCCApply System Alerts page to receive automatic notifications and share experiences with other colleges on the Conversations stream.

OpenCCCApply Users Listserv Will Discontinue Use On June 1st

Beginning Monday, June 1, 2015, in conjunction with the launch of the new CCCTechnology.info support site, the CCC Technology Center will no longer be sending technical support information, product updates, or IT system alerts via the OpenCCCApply Users listserv service. In addition, subscribers will not be able to reply to old messages or send new emails to the discontinued listserv email address.  

Stay informed with automatic notifications!  Visit the CCCApply System Alerts and click on the "Follow" button. While you're there, register for an account or sign in using your Facebook or Google account.
