Yes. Students can search through FAQs and request support at ccchelp.info - the community-powered support site for the California Community Colleges. This support community is facilitated by the CCC Technology Center on behalf of the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office. Currently, this community primarily support CCCApply, OpenCCC, and the California Virtual Campus.
