Will a student who takes the common assessment at one California community college receive a report of their results (competencies and course placement) and how they also relate to neighboring colleges and/or for other colleges that the student applied for admission?

Students will receive a student-facing report after completing the CCC Assess, along with their placement results for the colleges they have applied to. For example, if they applied to Saddleback and Cabrillo colleges, then they would see their placements for courses at those two colleges only. Colleges will see the results of students for whom they are a college of record. Colleges may enter into agreements with other colleges or regions to share data about students.
