The Accessibility Help Desk is open to questions pertaining to what makes a website accessible, accessibility requirements for online videos, what to do with PDF documents, and more. The Accessibility Help Desk subject matter experts can also provide feedback and guidance when you get an accessibility error on your website, what that error means, and how to fix such errors.

 For example, if you receive a web page accessibility error that says you have a color contrast problem, the Accessibility Help Desk experts can explain the accessibility requirements for meeting color contrastas well as when such contrast requirements do not apply.
