UPDATING CCC APPLY MESSAGES IN ADMINISTRATOR CENTER

I am attempting to update my messages in the CCCApply Administrator portal; specifically updating URLs in imbedded hyperlinks.  I highlight the link - and click on the LINK button - to add the new URL, then it freezes on me every time - to where I can't save the update.  Is CCCApply having an issue with updating messages? or is it something happening on my computer?  Any recommendations on saving my edits?  Thank you.

Are you using IE as your browser?  IE is not a supported browser, try using Chrome.
