Transfer Client failing with timeout

On Oct. 31 our downloads began failing at 11:30AM.  This is happening with our CCC Apply apps and our BOGFW apps.  The problem could very well be on our end.  I wanted to make sure nothing changed on your end.  We had a successful download at 11AM, but have not since.

Kyle,
I will check specifically about your District, do you have any error messages or error log you can send.  Additionally, because this appears to be specific to your District, I will open a Zendesk ticket

I did receive it, and have opened a zendesk ticket to track this issue.
