Step: Forward needs to be updated

After students complete the CCCApply application they are directed to Step:Forward where our Colleges information needs to be updated. I have been sending change requests via the form on the http://stepforward.cccco.edu/?firstName=Felicia&misCode=911&cccid=AQF7555#s=5  website for the past 2 months and cannot get a reply. Is there somewhere else I need to be contacting? We have one change to our orientation web link currently but are expecting to have more in the near future.
