Recent Report Center Performance Issues: Behavior to Avoid

Hi everyone,

We continue to research and troubleshoot the issues that are being reported regarding the CCC Report Center.  

One thing we are noticing that is likely contributing to the performance issues - is that the allocated memory space is maxing-out due to users who are repeatedly hitting the Back button then hitting Refresh or the Forward button. The logs show that this is happening frequently, several times within 15 seconds. Unfortunately the system cannot keep up, which then generates an error and causes a global pause.

We are making adjustments to prevent potential overload sooner; however, we ask that Report Center users try to avoid this behavior in the future.
