NOTICE: SSO Proxy/Canvas, MyPath & CCCApply connectivity and login issue (403-Forbidden Error).

Good afternoon,

We're receiving reports colleges are receiving a 403-Forbidden Error message when trying to connect and access their Canvas accounts, CCCApply suite/applications & MyPath accounts. We are currently researching the problem and will update this post with more information or resolution information when we have it.

Update: This issue was resolved (6/17/20) at 5:18 PM PST and access was restored to all of our services. An issue was discovered that caused some intermittent connectivity issues but access has been restored and everything is working as expected.
