The CCCApply 6.4.0 production release is scheduled to begin Friday, March 15, at 6:00 PM PST. We expect the maintenance window to last through Saturday, March 16, at 5:00 pm, making this a 2-day update.

All CCCApply 6.4.0 changes will be available in production for all users, with the exception of the new Noncredit Application - which is now in an extended college pilot project through the next CCCApply production release in June (6.5.0).

For more information, please see the Release 6.4.0 Summary Notes.

Thank you,

We have been receiving phone calls from students that they are receiving automated emails regarding a pending applications in CCCApply. They seem to be receiving the notifications for old applications that were started but no submitted. I received a similar notification for a test application a submitted for another college a while back. Just wondering if the reminder system erroneously sent these notices out to students.

Hi Joel,
During the CCCApply Production Release, many backlogged emails were captured and sent out, dating as far back as November 2017.  We have identified the issue and we do apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you and your students.

Please feel free to refer these students to the California Community Colleges Helpdesk for further assistance.
