International Application Majors Table

Hello,
Has anyone else encountered a problem with the international application majors table?  LACCD successfully imported an updated file of majors to the CCCApply application (domestic app) for East LA College. When we attempted to import the same file to the International Application it did not work. After pressing on the Import button, the new data did not load. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

In Pilot or Production?  Was there any error message that displayed?

In Production.  No error message. After pressing on the Import button, the new data did not load. The same file loaded successfully to the the CCCApply majors table but for some reason it's not working in the International Application majors table.

I will open a Zendesk ticket for this issue, as it appears the application is not functioning as expected.

Hi Merrie,
Thank you for looking into this.  I was informed that all majors to CCCApply for both domestic and international worked, except for East International, Trade International and Valley International. One of our users tried again this morning for all three and the list still won’t refresh after importing.  I just wanted to you have the latest update.

Our functional user removed the duplicate data from the csv file and the import worked.  Ticket 364144 can be closed.  Thank you.
