Integrity Flags Not Being Captured

I have noticed a couple applications coming in as nonresident, but not having the appropriate integrity flags checked. Namely, this has been happening with students who indicate perm/mailing addresses out of state, but the corresponding flags are not checked on the integrity flag page. I have the CCCID and confirmation number for the most recent case if needed! Thank you in advance for your assistance!

We have opened a Zendesk ticket to track this issue for your college.  Once you are notified with the Zendesk email, please send a list of CCCID's and Confirmation numbers for the students you have seen this behavior from when they submit their applications.
