Importing majors in pilot admin site does not work

I would email to create a ticket for this, but I have done that for other issues this week and last week and never got a response!

After several attempts getting the formatting right from production admin to pilot admin for majors, I finally got a success for importing majors on pilot admin. Well, I got a success as far as the message is concerned. But the majors didn't update. I have attempted importing what seems like successfully a few times not but the majors never change.

I did successfully import terms (had to reformat dates) and those updated but the majors do not.

Hi Cherine,

I'm sorry you are having issues getting a response via the ticketing system. Do you have ticket #'s that I can look up for you?

As for this issue, I've created a ticket in Zendesk and will take a look. Would you please submit to that ticket any screenshots you have? Also, if you could send your upload file as well, that will be helpful.

I never received ticket #'s. I emailed staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com and did not receive any response.
