High School applicants being promoted to enter/verify college enrollments (when colleges attended set to zero)

High School concurrently enrolled applicants are being prompted with a message of:

"Your enrollment Status and number of college attended indicate that you have previously attended college while in high school (or lower grades), if this is true, please check the confirmation box below.  If it is not true, please correct your responses as necessary"

Applicant selection for "College Enrollment Status" is: Enrolling in high school (or lower grade) and college at the same time"
Applicant selection for "College/Universities Attended" is: None

Applicants shouldn't be promoted with this since the "Colleges/Universities Attended" value is set to "None"

We are already working on a change request for this issue - which we plan (planned at this time) to implement in our next major release (March 2020).  

I may come knocking for some feedback and user acceptance testing.   Would you be willing to help on this implementation?

Hello,

I just had the same situation reported by A&R to me, and I read both threads.  

Is the official workaround to put a check in the box for "I confirm that I previously attended college while in high school or lower grades"?

Will it foul any processing?

Just to follow up on this - Is it possible for this rise to the level of a more immediate fix? This bug is confusing a lot of students and we are getting a lot of calls and complaints from parents.

The work around is to ask the student to click the select box in the error description. Even though we are asking them to confirm something that isn't true.

I echo the response above - can this be given a higher priority than March 2020? Students, high school partners, and parents are concerned that they must agree/confirm to a statement that is not true in order to proceed.

We are also having this issue and getting a lot of calls from students and parents. They are uncomfortable confirming a statement that isn't true.
