Download Client getting "Connection Reset" after 11 am on 6/1

Our downloads have been failing since yesterday, 6/1, after the last successful download at 11 am. This is both in production and pilot/QA.

The error is just "Connection Reset" with a java stack trace.

For more info: this was originally with 6.2.0. We updated to 6.7.0 (along with Corretto Java 8) and it still fails.
