CCC Report Center: Recent Reports of Slow Performance & Login Issues

We've received some reports from colleges over the past few days that the CCC Report Center has been operating extremely slow or has bogged down completely, including two reports of login issues.  Based on these reports, support has been running tests to diagnose the issue.

Currently the service is up and running efficiently; however we will continue to monitor the system and will address any issues we find immediately.

After using our log in credentials, AHC receives this message, regardless of browser or user:  THE APPLICATION ENCOUNTERED AN UNEXPECTED ERROR.If the problem persists, please contact support at 877-247-4836 or support@openccc.net  Since we had heard it was slow, we waited three days to report this issue.  It is problematic as we are not able to view the report center or the admin page, which we need to complete job responsibilities.
